We should learn from France, where our Jewish brothers and sisters are fleeing to Israel because of the anti-Semitism that came along with the Muslim refugees who came to France.
Liberal Jewish sympathy for the downtrodden and for refugees reminds me of a quote attributed to Winston Churchill: “If you're not a liberal when you're 25, you have no heart. If you're not a conservative by the time you're 35, you have no brain.”
