WASHINGTON (JTA) — Donald Trump will speak at AIPAC’s annual conference.
The real estate magnate and front-runner among Republican aspirants to the presidency on Friday became the second candidate to confirm his attendance at the annual conference of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, taking place March 20-22 in Washington, D.C.
Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential front-runner, confirmed her participation two days earlier.
AIPAC has invited all major party presidential candidates to speak.
Trump has drawn criticism from his rivals for the Republican nod for saying he would remain neutral in brokering Israeli-Palestinian peace and for saying both Israelis and Palestinians are responsible for the collapse of the peace process.
