How was everyone’s weekend / Purim / illegal “XXX Freak Fest”!?

According to the New York Post, the Brooklyn-born comedian and JCorps founder used the popular website to rent out his Chelsea apartment to a man named David Carter who claimed he needed to put up family in town for a wedding. But when Teman stopped home Friday night to pick up luggage, he saw his building management shutting down “Turn Up Part 2: The Pantie Raid,” a sex party revolving around “Big Beautiful Women.” In one Twitter post the fete was called an “XXX FREAK FEST.”
Not only did Teman end up with a closet full of “damp” clothing and nearly $67,000 in damages to his apartment, but he’s been evicted, too.
Per the Post: “Airbnb has reimbursed him for some of the damages, although a final settlement is still in the works. The company is also paying Teman’s hotel bill until he finds another place to live.”
Well, at least he got some good material out of it.
I miss the days of Bloomberg when you had to hold your orgies 15 feet from the building. #AirBNBFreakFest
