What if “Old School” had a little more edge and a lot more Jews? It would be “Neighbors,” a film in which Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play new parents who move in next to a frat house.
It appears the couple is in for a bit of hazing, care of Delta Psi boys, two of whom are played by Zac Efron and Dave Franco. Also starring in the film (although nowhere to be seen in this preview) is Lisa Kudrow.
So we have the Jewish actor part down, but where’s the edge, you’re wondering? That assumption comes from the part of the trailer where the baby eats a condom. Nuff said.
