Thank you so much for printing the article, “Secular Lens, Religious Vision” in your May 5 issue. Despite the fact that there have been “Orthodox” Jews who have done or who have been accused of doing things, that are not what one would be proud of, the Torah espouses a way of life that is quite beautiful.
When practiced the correct way, its followers adhere to lives filled with kindness and honesty, something many Jewish publications fail to report. The photographers in the two stories can attest to the truth of this statement.
