Internet, meet Jorel Hoffert, a half Asian, half Jewish 12-year-old boy, who is so excited to become a man, he’s made a YouTube video about it.

In a bizarre mash-up of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody,” Hoffert displays his incredible skills in air guitar and Gangam style, including lines like, “I’m half a Jew/Learned Hebrew/I’m half Asian and proud of that too,” while pointing to his junk.

“We were just trying to do something fun and different,” Jorel’s father, David Hoffert, told WSJ. “So we thought, ‘Hey, let’s make the invitation a music video, no one’s ever done that before!’ How little we knew.”

Aside from this video being somewhat entertaining, allow us to just humbly state that these Bar Mitvah videos are hitting the overkill border. It might also be an indicator as to why they will probably sound horrible at the alter: less music-videoing, and more Torah-reading, boys!
