The New York Jewish Museum’s Purim Ball’s tagline is “Who Wears the Crown” and their guest appearing might be the answer to that one.
Actress/writer Lena Dunham will be delivering this year’s Purim shpeil on February 27 at the Purim Ball at the Upper East Side’s Park Avenue Armory.
“Ms. Dunham will bring her brilliant sense of humor to the annual telling of the Purim story, which she will interpret in her own unique style for the evening’s 850 guests from the worlds of art, fashion, entertainment and philanthropy,” the museum states.
