JERUSALEM (JTA) — A Palestinian taxi was set on fire in a West Bank village near Hebron.

The cab reportedly set alight early Monday morning was destroyed. The words "Price tag Sussiya " were spray-painted on a nearby wall.

"Price tag" refers to the strategy that extremists have adopted to exact a price in attacks on Palestinians and Arabs in retribution for settlement freezes and demolitions, or for Palestinian attacks on Jews.

Three right-wing activists recently were arrested in Sussiya for throwing stones at Palestinian vehicles.
