To the Editor:
Your article on Uman is biased and slanted. I operate two kosher restaurants and a small hotel all year in Uman and we have absolutely the opposite experiences than the ones your report. We have Jewish and non-Jewish clientele and staff, and none of the friction that you write about exists in or around our facilities.
I am not saying it doesn’t exist at all, but you are only telling one (very biased) side of the story.
