Thank you for the wonderful essay on Rabbi David Eliach (“The Lessons Of Rabbi Eliach,” Aug. 31). In my 19 years as a faculty member at Yeshivah of Flatbush, Rabbi Eliach taught me to fulfill my potential and showed us all what excellence in education really means. In my subsequent years as an administrator I often use Rabbi Eliach and his approach as my model for how to lead a school.
