After a 10-year marriage, Debra Messing has announced that she’s splitting from her husband, Daniel Zelman. The couple, who has a 7-year old child named Roman, actually separated earlier this year. “The decision was mutual, and they remain supportive of one another and committed to raising their son as a family,” her rep told People.
While marriage is more of a sprint than a cross country run in Hollywood, this seems like one of the more genuine and devastating divorces that have happened out there. Not only did Messing and Zelman date for 8 years prior to getting married (18 years is still a decent run, even by suburban standards), but she has always seemed totally down to earth and private about her personal life. Hopefully she has a real-life Will to help get Grace through this hard time!
