Lea Michele has been in the news lately, mostly because of her unclear future with the popular show Glee. Since she became a public figure, there were many talks about her very, umm, stereotypical features.
It wasn’t a big surprise when Michele told Harper’s Bazaar how her looks held her back in the past.
Michele said: “How many managers told me, ‘Get a nose job. You’re not pretty enough’? But I proved them wrong.”
Yep, apparently there are some a-hole managers out there, who knew? So she was very inspiring in her little “I overcame the obstacles” interview, together with an expected “my nose in 3D” joke (Glee 3D is coming out on August 12). And while she was accused of being rude in some instances, I have to admit that her little motivational talk was — despite being a little cliche — quite charming.
