To the Editor:
Israelis are not the only ones who have received German/EU passports. As the child of a Shoah survivor (now deceased) who was robbed of his citizenship, Germany has offered a special program to those still alive as well as their children. I have now become a naturalized German citizen with dual U.S.-German citizenship, and would like to think my father, alav hashalom, was smiling down at the moment of my naturalization.
