The website Deadline is reporting that Universal is in the initial stages of developing a comedy starring two extremely popular Jewish actors: Zac Efron (the actor we all want to look like) and Seth Rogen (the actor we all actually look like).

The plot is as follows:
“an R-rated comedy that has the tone of Old School. Rogen plays a regular guy who lives near an alpha male fraternity house. Efron is a member of the fraternity, whose raucous behavior wreaks havoc on the other guy’s family life.”
Sounds pretty cliche/Old School-esque.
