In less than two hours, I board a train for Berlin, where I will sit for most of the day. Then tomorrow, I get on a plane for New York, bringing an end to my European adventure. I’m tempted to say I can’t believe how fast it’s gone, but that’s not really true. It’s been exciting, exhausting, educational, but I’m about ready to pack it in. I have a small backlog of stories to get to in the next few days, and I’ll post them as they come up. Then next week, I’m off to …. The Deep South.
