South Florida media is reporting that Rep. Robert Wexler (D-Fla.) will announce Wednesday that he’s resigning from Congress.

The Sun-Sentinel says a source tells them he will take "a public policy job dealing with the Middle East."

Wexler was one of President Obama’s earliest supporters in the Jewish community during the presidential campaign.
