A Thai school apologized to the Simon Wiesenthal Center for sponsoring a Nazi-themed parade.

The Wisenthal Center in a news release said a group of students at a Bangkok school dressed as Nazis on its annual sports day, The Associated Press reported.

Rabbi Abraham Cooper, the center’s associate dean, protested to the school that such behavior mocks the memory of Nazi victims.

According to the center, school director Kanya Khemanan apologized and explained that the Nazi garb was mainly a result of insufficient oversight.
