Three Hamas militants were killed Tuesday night and three injured in an explosion at Gaza’s port. The Palestinian interior ministry said an Israeli naval vessel shelled the area; the navy has denied involvment. Other reports attributed responsibility to Fatah, Hamas’ rival faction.
