A two-day conference of rabbis concluded Thursday in Odessa. Among issues addressed were the development of Jewish community infrastructure, anti-Semitism in Ukraine, problems with conversion and the struggle against Christian missionaries who target Jews in Ukraine and other countries of the former Soviet Union.The 40 rabbis in attendance were mainly Chabad representatives working in Ukraine. Chabad rabbis from Israel and Western Europe also took part.
