The Palestinian Authority reportedly rejected demands made by captors of a missing BBC journalist. Deputy Prime Minister Azzam al-Ahmed told Ha’aretz on Monday that Alan Johnston’s kidnappers said he is in good health.The kidnappers made various demands by phone, al-Ahmed said, but they were refused by the Palestinian Authority.”It seems the abductors feel they are in real

our side, all the demands that were presented were rejected.”Al-Ahmed did not identify the kidnappers or say how it was confirmed that they were holding Johnston, who was kidnapped March 12 near his Gaza City apartment.
