A senior delegation of high-tech trade experts from Ohio is heading to Israel seeking to entice Israeli companies to establish branches in the state. About 30 Israeli companies already have offices in Ohio, which is trying to compete with Silicon Valley in California and other regions for high-tech business. The delegation will hold sessions for Israeli companies at Jerusalem’s Dan Panorama Hotel next Tuesday and Wednesday. Companies indicating a serious interest will be invited to the Ohio-Israel Investment Forum in Cleveland and Akron over the summer.
