French authorities confirmed the discovery of the body of a missing Israeli official. Police in Paris said Saturday that a body found in the Seine River was that of David Dahan, head of the Israeli Defense Ministry Mission to Europe. Dahan disappeared from his Paris home on Jan. 22 after leaving a note. French police said the likeliest explanation for his disappearance and demise was suicide. The Israeli Embassy in Paris held a ceremony that evening for Dahan and sent his body to Israel.
