JERUSALEM, Feb. 13 (JTA) — A Palestinian living in Qatar has been arrested in the stabbing of an Israeli border inspector at the Rafiah crossing. The attack occurred Thursday, when a bus of Arab tourists was crossing from Gaza into Egypt and one of the passengers stabbed the inspector during a routine security check, lightly wounding him. The inspector, who had been stabbed in the back, was taken to Beersheba for treatment.
