Premier Menachem Begin has invited farmer President Ephraim Katzir to accompany him to the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony scheduled for Dec. 10 in Oslo. He also extended invitations to his wife, his sister, Knesset member Zerach Warhaftig, world Jewish leader Nissim Gaon, and three to four of his ministry’s employes. The Premier has been limited to 30 places at the ceremony.
