Rabbi Chaim H. M. Katz, president of the famed Telshe Yeshiva here died yesterday at the age of 70. Rabbi Katz, together with his brother-in-law. Rabbi E. M. Bloch, established the yeshiva in Cleveland in 1941, after the original Telshe Yeshiva in Lithuania was destroyed by the Nazis. Some 400 students are now enrolled in the Yeshiva.
