Three persons and a corporation were fined here $10,000 each after having been convicted of smuggling planes and equipment to Israel. They were charged with violating the Neutrality Act by smuggling planes from Florida to Israel in 1947 and 1948.

The defendants are Adolph Schwimmer, New York; Leon Gardner, North Hollywood; and Ray Selk, Los Angeles. The company, which was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine, is Service Airways, Inc.
