Gibson, American Red Cross representative who has just returned from an inspection tour of displaced persons camps in Europe, said today.
Mr. Gibson, who arrived home last night by air form England, said that on his visit to the D.P. camps, which he mad at the invitation of General Eisenhower, he found that conditions were much improved over what they had been several months ago. He reported that the inmates were being well cared for and receiving an adequate diet.
