The publishing firm of G.P. Putnam’s Sons announced today publication on April 7 of “Race Against Man,” by Herbert J. Seligman, former director of public information for the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee. The book is an expose of the Nazi race theories and is based on several years of research. It contains an introduction by Prof. Franz Boas, famous Columbia University anthropologist, who has frequently ridiculed the racial theories as lacking any basis whatever in science.
