A museum of Jewish art through the ages and some rare examples of contemporary Jewish art is being established by Dr. Otto Schnaid, the Jewish art historian, who arrived from Vienna. It will be housed in the Jewish Cultural Institute and eventually move to Warsaw.
Dr. Schnaid also conducts an information bureau on Jewish culture and art. He intends to travel to various countries opening museums similar to that being set up here.
