The Arbeitsmann, organ of the Ministry of Agriculture, in a front page article today couples an enthusiastic description of the natural wealth of Biro-Bidjan, autonomous Jewish territory in Soviet Siberia, with an attack on Russia for “handing the territory over to international Jewry with its high finance.”
The periodical alleges that the territory has been supported by American capital since 1928.
