Vincent Glinsky, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wolf Glinsky of this city, has been awarded one of the John Guggenheim Memorial Foundation fellowships for American artists and scholars of $2,000 for his work in sculpture.

Moses Winkelstein was reelected president of the Syracuse Jewish Welfare Federation at the meeting following the reorganization of the Federation on democratic basis. Benjamin Arnold and Asher Markson were elected vice-president; Abraham Rubenstein, treasurer, and Alexander Greeson, secretary.
