Dr. Chaim Weizmann, former president of the World Zionist Organization and chairman of the Zionist commission for settlement of German-Jewish refugees in Palestine, tonight was unanimously elected an honorary citizen of this all-Jewish city by the municipal council. Even the Revisionist members of the council, who are bitterly opposed to Dr. Weizmann, joined in the tribute to the noted scientist who recently celebrated his sixtieth birthday.
