Atlantic Park Hostel, Eastleigh, which became prominent in 1923 when 900 East European emigrants to the United States, mostly Jewish, became stranded there, as a result of the enforcement of the American Immigration Restriction Law, was closed today. The last group of 30 stranded emigrants did not go to America till last spring, having spent seven years at the hostel.
