An official statement from the Council of Jerusalem Jews protesting against the appearance of Mayor Nashashibi of Jerusalem as a member of the Arab delegation to London in his capacity of mayor with a political program directed against the Jews who form the majority of the city’s population was handed today to the correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.

The statement does not have any objections to Mayor Nashashibi going to London as a private person.
