Refugees having relatives in Roumania will be permitted to remain in the country according to a decision arrived at as a result of the conferences going on between the Russian and Roumanian delegations. Refugees who have no relatives in the country will have to return to Russian after examination of their documents by a mixed Russian Roumanian commission.
