I doubt that there was an official translation for 40 years. The Xerox company prepare some techniques to allow the team of experts to extract the writing from the scrolls. All about contrast since the scroll surface looks almost black and the writing is almost invisible. I can only imagine how tire the Palestinians are of having Israel controlling their home. I just watched in "60 minutes" how much water Israel has on their side, and how dry is the Palestinian side. I must be the only one that understands what Israel goal is: annoy the Palestinians until they leave. The problem is that they won't. I saw the only remaining Palestinian house on top of a hill being invaded by Israeli soldiers with the excuse of surveillance. Then sleeping in their beds for 2 to 3 days, forcing the family to live under horrible conditions. And then the Jewish people don't understand why people don't like them.... really? you don't get it?... nobody likes bullies. If Israel had invested money in Gaza instead of armament, they will be seen as an inclusive people that look for others. But for the moment, Israel prefers to bomb Hamas and anybody close to them. The use of phosphorous in the middle of a big city is obvious illegal, and says to me that what Israel wants is to destroy as much of the city as possible, so the people has to leave Gaza and Israel might, one day, own that land. Is about control. Palestinians are being controlled and humiliated constantly, day after day. Their families too. Their mothers, brothers, nephews..... The control is usually in Israeli hands.
