Posted in: Breaking down the Forward 50

OK, so Amy gave two thumbs down to Rogen & Apatow, I said swap them out of "Top Picks" for Michael Chabon. What do all of you think? Would there have been a better choice for the top cultural selection? One of my old peeps at the Forward gave me the business over making the case for Noah Fledman. Should he be in or out? Kelsey, good point about Eisen being a speculative pick. In some ways, I'd say the same thing about putting Adleson in the "Top Picks." Sure, he's pledged to give away an unprecedented amount of money a year -- as much as any federation, except maybe N.Y.'s -- but we have no real sense about the details and whether it will have a serious impact. Ron and I already wrote about who didn't make it. So Amy, Andy, & K-Man, give us the name of the most glaring omission.
