Just what was moral about Dershowitz making such a big effort to block Carter as a speaker? It was opinionated, presumptive and offensive, but it was neither wise nor moral. If Dershowitz has such 'a high level of confidence that will do the right thing', then why didn't he simply let Obama make his own decisions about who spoke instead of putting on such pressure? It appears Obama will be considered OK as long as he bows to Dershowitz's demands. I wouldn't count on that happening for long.
