I think the man and his company deserve to go to jail for a very long time and that he would flee to Israel is let out . Then the US taxpayer would have to spend millions of dollars getting him back if they could. I am also very glad this is close to the end of Attorney General Mukasey's and President Bush's coddling of the Orthodox in this country. My hope is for the next administration not to play to this group of Orthodox as their initial loyalty is to their religion and not to country first.
