      <description>I&#8217;m surprised that women have been ignored.&amp;nbsp; They are better than men at almost every form of governance and in every enterprise.&amp;nbsp; They are not as Romantic.&amp;nbsp; They tend to be frugal and efficient.&amp;nbsp; And they don&#8217;t do it all for the glory.&amp;nbsp; They don&#8217;t tend to leave people out either. Sarah Palin and others are just exceptions to the rule.</description>
