Vietnam reportedly to open Israeli embassy

JERUSALEM (JTA) -- Vietnam has decided to open an embassy in Israel, an Israeli news Web site reported.

Ynet reported Monday that Foreign Ministry Director-General Aharon Abramovich learned of the plans during a recent visit to Vietnam.
