An Israeli photographer won a Pulitzer Prize. Oded Balilty of The Associated Press was awarded the prestigious prize Monday in
breaking news photography for a shot showing a female settler facing
off with Israeli police last year during the evacuation of the West Bank outpost Amona. The photo has won numerous other prizes.
