Israeli Finance Minister Lauds Dutch for Generous Aid After Six-day War

The people of Holland, who raised over 16 million guilders ($4.2 million) for Israel’s needs after the Six-Day War, were lauded today by Israel’s Finance Minister, Pinhas Sapir, who stopped here briefly on his way home from London. The contributions to Israel came from many non-Jews as well as from Holland’s small Jewish community.
