A new Yiddish periodical, “Die Woch,” to be issued weekly, was issued here today. A 12-page tabloid, published in Tel Aviv, “Die Woch” sells for 200 prutas, about 11 cents. The new periodical is the fifth in the Yiddish language in this country. There is a daily Yiddish newspaper, which has a sizable circulation, and there are three other Yiddish weeklies.
