The Fulton County, Georgia, Grand Jury today re-indicted George Bright and three other defendants on charges of having blasted the Reform Temple here last October 12.
The jury added a new count that could bring a lesser sentence than the original indictment under which five defendants faced a possible death sentence under Georgia law.
Bright’s trial, the first of the series, ended in a mistrial December 10. Not indicted this time was Robert Bowling, one of the original five defendants. All have been associated with an anti-Semitic organization.
