The Chicago leader of the Silver Shirts, Dr. Homer H. Maerz, has been arrested with two associates on charges of terrorism against prominent Jewish businessmen, it was revealed today. The trio admitted, upon questioning today by the police and Federal Bureau of Investigation officials, having broken plate glass windows of the Goldblatt Brothers department store branch.
