Dr. Alfred Klee, leading German Zionist, was elected representative of the Berlin Kehillah to the Council of the Jewish Colonization Association.
In accordance with the statutes of the Jewish Colonization Association, its Council is constituted of representatives delegated by the Anglo-Jewish Association and by several Kehillahs in large West European centers, including Berlin. With the election of Dr. Klee, the Lea Council has its first Zionist representative.
